In her years of travel as an aesthetics instructor combined with years of practice, Jeane has a very comprehensive understanding of the skin and overall wellness. Cancellation Policy
At XO Skincare, we truly value your time and the time of our team. When appointments are booked, that time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations and no-shows not only affect our team but also prevent other clients from booking in.
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid our cancellation fee, which is $100. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of the full amount (100%) of the service(s) booked.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our team and our clients who are waiting for available appointments. By respecting our cancellation policy, you are helping us continue to provide the best possible service to our clients. Cancellations/ Reschedules at XOSKINCARE are received through the online booking site, responding to this message in the platform or via text to (203) 962 - 7990 ONLY. CANCELLATIONS THROUGH XO SKIN CARE EMAIL OR JEANE RICHMOND EMAIL ARE NOT RELIABLE AND NOT CONSIDERED A VALID METHOD OF CANCELLATION. Appointments are not reserved through email and are not cancelled through email. Thank You!
I understand that “life” happens and sometimes moving your appointment is unavoidable, because of this; your first cancellation/ reschedule is no charge. Full price of the appointment will be charged for a “no-show” and same day cancellation.
